"Prior to going to Ageless Skin and Laser Center, I’d done everything. Botox (and other neurotoxins), multiple types of fillers, sculptra, laser genesis, pelleve, threads, you name it. All worked, albeit short term and while I did look younger for a while, NOTHING compared to the results I got at Ageless. I started with a free consultation (who does THAT anymore) and Sierra recommended Agnes Laser treatment for my sagging jowels, and Michele recommended Scarlet Laser as a maintenance treatment. These laser treatments at Ageless worked SO well, that I no longer need fillers or Botox. And my 13 year old grandson asked me how old I was. He thought I was 50. I’m 66. I’ve gone to numerous spas, aestheticians, plastic surgeons, and dermatologists for fillers etc etc., nothing compared to the results I got at Ageless. Nothing!!! You’ll love the staff for their kind, upbeat demeanor, and obvious knowledge and they won’t try to sell you procedures or stuff you don’t need. Go, no run to Ageless Skin and Laser Center. "I’ve been getting full Brazilian treatments at Ageless and could not be happier with my experience! As a woman with sensitive skin and lots of body hair, I’ve always been insecure about my bikini area. Laser treatments, especially in such a sensitive area, is scary and uncomfortable to think about, but the girls at Ageless made the process easy. Quite literally baring it all and experiencing an unpleasant sensation to your bikini area, is not so intimidating with the girls at Ageless. They do their best to limit pain and help you achieve the results you desire! Not only is the pricing and touch-ups more affordable than other laser centers, the level of comfort and care from staff is priceless. "I'm a dark-skinned 55-yr-old Indian lady, and I scar as easily as I can blink. With the additional onset of the bamboo forest that inhabited my chin area for years, I was happy to avoid the public or tweeze with pliers and wear a pound of makeup! Michelle at Ageless completely understood my concerns and patiently answered my dumb questions. She has used the Aerolase laser to eradicate my bamboo forest and the galaxy of scarred patches across my entire face. Today, as I continue to accelerate in age, I can now go out in public even if I just woke up, though clothing is still required. Michelle patiently maintains my face every couple of months, because I can't seem to stop touching my face or "blinking". I have had good experiences and outcomes with BBL Treatments, Lip Filler, Botox, DiamondGlow Facials, and Opus Skin Resurfacing. I highly recommend any of these services. "When Googling Skin Care services, I ran across this listing for Ageless Skin Care. I could not believe that there was something of this caliber in a small town called Hagerstown. But how convenient. My first meeting with the aesthetician (Michelle) was a consult. While in the waiting room while Michelle finished with another client, I read through the information and looked at photos (done by Michelle) herself. That convinced me that this would be a very informative consultation. Michelle answered all of my questions, provided pricing and other information. She even stated that she performs all of these procedures on herself because she would never recommend something she did not try herself. I had only 1 of 4 of the laser treatments but look forward to the difference it will make in a few months. Michelle is knowledgeable, talented and professional in every way. Visit her soon before you will have to wait a long time to get in."

I have been seeing Michelle for miconeedling and treatment of my melasma. After only three visits, my skin tone is noticeably much more even and smooth and my melasma has faded tremendously! Michelle (who is a nurse practitioner) is wonderful...she is professional and very informative. If you don't know what a Med Spa is then you are missing out! She offers injectables (such as Botox and Xeomin), a variety of skin treatments (such as microneedling and chemical peels), laser hair removal, hair restoration, NeoClear laser treatments (for things such as acne, rosacea, spider veins).
