ASierra Judd, RN, BSN, is the IV infusion and Aesthetic nurse at Ageless Skin and Laser Center and strives to provide exceptional care to each and every client. She achieved her bachelor's degree in Nursing in 2020 and currently attends University at Walden to acquire her Adult Nurse Practitioner degree to advance her current practices. Sierra has a passion for providing wellness education to those with health conditions and specialized needs, as well as, to those who just want to improve or maintain their overall health. She has experience in medical-surgical nursing, as well as, in home health nursing which helps her to provide an exceptional IV infusion experience no matter where it occurs. Sierra also provides exceptional aesthetic procedures at Ageless including laser hair removal, Botox, Dermal Filler, NeoSkin, NeoClear, BBL Hero and Diamond Glow Resurfacing Facial with extractions.
Sierra is happily married and is a dog mom to Hoss and Charlie.
Sierra graduated from Shepherd University in May 2020. She began her nursing career at Berkeley Medical Center in the medical-surgical unit where she perfected her IV skills. She then transferred to a local home health and hospice care where she discovered her true passion for providing top-notch care at home. She is spearheading IV drips and IM injections in the office and via mobile IV nutrition and convenience services. She is also well trained and talented in Botox injections and all of our Laser Services.
I had a great consultation with Sierra. She is so knowledgeable and gave me wonderful recommendations for my skin problems and a comprehensive plan of action. I am excited to go back to begin laser treatments soon!

Prior to going to Ageless Skin and Laser Center, I’d done everything. Botox (and other neurotoxins), multiple types of fillers, sculptra, laser genesis, pelleve, threads, you name it. All worked, albeit short term and while I did look younger for a while, NOTHING compared to the results I got at Ageless. I started with a free consultation (who does THAT anymore) and Sierra recommended Agnes Laser treatment for my sagging jowels, and Michele recommended Scarlet Laser as a maintenance treatment. These laser treatments at Ageless worked SO well, that I no longer need fillers or Botox. And my 13 year old grandson asked me how old I was. He thought I was 50. I’m 66. I’ve gone to numerous spas, aestheticians, plastic surgeons, and dermatologists for fillers etc etc., nothing compared to the results I got at Ageless. Nothing!!! You’ll love the staff for their kind, upbeat demeanor, and obvious knowledge and they won’t try to sell you procedures or stuff you don’t need. Go, no run to Ageless Skin and Laser Center. I was feeling run down and felt like an IV infusion would benefit me. I called and was able to make an appt immediately and I was in their office with the hour! Sierra met me and was very knowledgeable and recommended a vitamin c zinc infusion. The entire process took about 40 mins from start to finish. We even did a facial consult and I’ll be purchasing a Scarlet laser package soon! Dani checked me out and explained the rewards program which saved me $50 bucks the same day!! I can’t praise these ladies enough! Thanks Sierra and Dani for making me feel comfortable!! I’ll definitely be back!!! 😀
