ASierra Judd, RN, BSN, is the IV infusion and Aesthetic nurse at Ageless Skin and Laser Center and strives to provide exceptional care to each and every client. She achieved her bachelor's degree in Nursing in 2020 and currently attends University at Walden to acquire her Adult Nurse Practitioner degree to advance her current practices. Sierra has a passion for providing wellness education to those with health conditions and specialized needs, as well as, to those who just want to improve or maintain their overall health. She has experience in medical-surgical nursing, as well as, in home health nursing which helps her to provide an exceptional IV infusion experience no matter where it occurs. Sierra also provides exceptional aesthetic procedures at Ageless including laser hair removal, Botox, Dermal Filler, NeoSkin, NeoClear, BBL Hero and Diamond Glow Resurfacing Facial with extractions.
Sierra is happily married and is a dog mom to Hoss and Charlie.
Sierra graduated from Shepherd University in May 2020. She began her nursing career at Berkeley Medical Center in the medical-surgical unit where she perfected her IV skills. She then transferred to a local home health and hospice care where she discovered her true passion for providing top-notch care at home. She is spearheading IV drips and IM injections in the office and via mobile IV nutrition and convenience services. She is also well trained and talented in Botox injections and all of our Laser Services.
When Googling Skin Care services, I ran across this listing for Ageless Skin Care. I could not believe that there was something of this caliber in a small town called Hagerstown. But how convenient. My first meeting with the aesthetician (Michelle) was a consult. While in the waiting room while Michelle finished with another client, I read through the information and looked at photos (done by Michelle) herself. That convinced me that this would be a very informative consultation. Michelle answered all of my questions, provided pricing and other information. She even stated that she performs all of these procedures on herself because she would never recommend something she did not try herself. I had only 1 of 4 of the laser treatments but look forward to the difference it will make in a few months. Michelle is knowledgeable, talented and professional in every way. Visit her soon before you will have to wait a long time to get in.
Michelle is very professional and knowledgeable and has given me recommendations for services that has given me a younger look. She tells you exactly what you can expect from your procedure and gives detailed aftercare instructions . The business has an relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Michelle.

Today I received my IV vitamin cocktail and it was an amazing experience with Sierra. They she was equipped with everything she needed for IV therapy and was friendly, attentive and professional. Since moving from Alaska last year, I have had a difficult time finding local venues that offer some of the treatments you offer--to the point I was trying to get my MD neurologist husband to open up a clinic around here haha. I'm so glad I found you though. Sierra has quite the finesse in her treatment style. She did an outstanding job. Just a suggestion but it would be awesome if you offered trainings to medical professionals who are interested in learning how to perform some these kinds of procedures. There is huge demand for it and nurses like myself would LOVE to learn! I know countless nurses who are intrigued by this profession and don't quite know where to begin as there is not "degree" for it.
