Michelle Eyler is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of medical experience. Her passion lies in wellness and aesthetic care for the face and body as she understands the emotional and physical benefits of aging well. After working in multiple big cities for a national laser company where she both performed and trained all staff on the aesthetic lasers and all aesthetic services, she decided in 2019 to bring her specialized skillset back home to Washington County. She is the founder and Medical Director of Ageless Skin and Laser Center which was born out of the vision to continue to provide those big city results with a small hometown vibe. She's glad to be back home.
Michelle has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1991. They share 2 children and 2 grandsons and 2 dogs. She has the business closed on Fridays so she can enjoy her grandchildren and her family. She enjoys reading, exercising, bay crabbing, ocean fishing, and boating.
Michelle's journey into the medical field began in 1993. Then, while working full-time as a home health nurse and taking care of her family, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland Adult Nurse Practitioner program in 2009. In 2012 she began her aesthetic career at a national laser center where she quickly mastered all of the aesthetic procedures, leading her to become a part of the corporate training staff. She has spent many years training 1:1 with some of the best injectors and PDO thread masters to perfect her skills. She is a speaker for the Aerolase Laser Brand and is the first provider in Hagerstown offering lasers, including ablation to Skin of Color.
Michelle and the full staff at Ageless Skin and Laser Center are very knowledgeable about all procedures and products offered and their bedside manner is perfect! During my first consultation Michelle understood what I was looking to improve and she was able to explain to me the best for my lifestyle. She is so personable and easy to talk with! I went back exactly a year later and Michelle was able to introduce another procedure with no down time. The results for both procedures were impressive and I am so pleased with the decisions I made with the guidance of Michelle. The first procedure was the Plasma Pen, a year later I started the NeoSkin Anti-Aging Laser. Love, Love the results. I now have started the IV cocktails and very impressed with how great I have been feeling. The comfort level of the facility and staff are superb!
I have been going to Ageless for 3 years now and my skin has greatly improved in complexion and elasticity! I love Michelle and her team, they offer many different services but the laser is my favorite for long term results!

I wasn’t sure where to start, and with what procedure. Decided on the Diamond Glow facial. Skin felt clean and moisturized afterwards. I will definitely become a repeat customer for that. Staff were very knowledgeable in explaining other procedures available. Scheduled an appointment with Michelle and decided on Xeomin injections. Very happy with the procedure and outcome. Ready to try other procedures! If you’re on the fence, just do it! You deserve it!
I can honestly say, Michelle and her entire staff are some of the most sweetest people you will ever meet. They will accommodate you to make sure that you are comfortable during your procedure. The setting there is so calming and welcoming. I will most definitely be a returning customer. What a wonderful place! These photos are of my before and after PDO lifting threads today.
