"Michelle and her associates are very kind and very professional. Michelle also has great knowledge of laser-based hair removal and can give you a variety of options for your hair removal needs. I just actually started coming here a month ago but I am already loving not just the place (vibe is very good and welcoming) but as well as the service and the people behind it. Michelle is very down to earth and love how she is very hands on with her clients. I do my hair laser removal with Sierra. She did my consultation too, very informative lady, and knows how to deal with your concerns. My jet plasma is with Cassidy. She is not intimidating to talk with and makes the procedure very easy to deal with. She is very good too with her craft. She pays a very good attention on which part needs more treatment and makes sure you are comfortable with. It’s only my second sessions with both but I am very much happy with the results already. It works! I can’t wait and excited to try different treatments in the future.Thank you!"
"I wasn’t sure where to start, and with what procedure. Decided on the Diamond Glow facial. Skin felt clean and moisturized afterwards. I will definitely become a repeat customer for that. Staff were very knowledgeable in explaining other procedures available. Scheduled an appointment with Michelle and decided on Xeomin injections. Very happy with the procedure and outcome. Ready to try other procedures! If you’re on the fence, just do it! You deserve it!"
"Michelle and the full staff at Ageless Skin and Laser Center are very knowledgeable about all procedures and products offered and their bedside manner is perfect! During my first consultation Michelle understood what I was looking to improve and she was able to explain to me the best for my lifestyle. She is so personable and easy to talk with! I went back exactly a year later and Michelle was able to introduce another procedure with no down time. The results for both procedures were impressive and I am so pleased with the decisions I made with the guidance of Michelle. The first procedure was the Plasma Pen, a year later I started the NeoSkin Anti-Aging Laser. Love, Love the results. I now have started the IV cocktails and very impressed with how great I have been feeling. The comfort level of the facility and staff are superb!"

"I'm a dark-skinned 55-yr-old Indian lady, and I scar as easily as I can blink. With the additional onset of the bamboo forest that inhabited my chin area for years, I was happy to avoid the public or tweeze with pliers and wear a pound of makeup! Michelle at Ageless completely understood my concerns and patiently answered my dumb questions. She has used the Aerolase laser to eradicate my bamboo forest and the galaxy of scarred patches across my entire face. Today, as I continue to accelerate in age, I can now go out in public even if I just woke up, though clothing is still required. Michelle patiently maintains my face every couple of months, because I can't seem to stop touching my face or "blinking". Ageless is a beautifully-appointed clinic that is soothing to the senses, with excellent products and technology to successfully beautify anyone!"

"When Googling Skin Care services, I ran across this listing for Ageless Skin Care. I could not believe that there was something of this caliber in a small town called Hagerstown. But how convenient. My first meeting with the aesthetician (Michelle) was a consult. While in the waiting room while Michelle finished with another client, I read through the information and looked at photos (done by Michelle) herself. That convinced me that this would be a very informative consultation. Michelle answered all of my questions, provided pricing and other information. She even stated that she performs all of these procedures on herself because she would never recommend something she did not try herself. I had only 1 of 4 of the laser treatments but look forward to the difference it will make in a few months. Michelle is knowledgeable, talented and professional in every way.
