About
Michelle Eyler, ANP-BC, is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with more than 33 years of medical experience and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best through advanced aesthetic and wellness care. She understands the emotional and physical benefits of aging well and is dedicated to providing personalized treatments that enhance each patient's natural beauty and confidence.
After working in multiple metropolitan areas with a national laser company, Michelle performed advanced laser procedures while also training medical professionals in aesthetic laser technology and treatments. In 2019, she brought that specialized experience and expertise to Washington County, where she founded Ageless Skin and Laser Center.
Michelle's vision was to create a practice that delivers the advanced techniques and results often associated with larger cities while maintaining the personalized care, trust, and welcoming atmosphere of a hometown medical spa. As Founder and Medical Director, she remains committed to helping every patient achieve safe, natural-looking results through compassionate, individualized care.
Education & Experience
Michelle's medical career began in 1993. While working full-time as a home health nurse and caring for her family, she continued her education and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland School of Nursing Adult Nurse Practitioner Program in 2008. She is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP-BC).
In 2011, Michelle began her career in aesthetic medicine at a national laser center. She quickly mastered advanced aesthetic procedures and was selected to join the company's corporate training staff, where she trained other medical providers on aesthetic lasers and procedures. Over the years, she has received extensive one-on-one training from some of the industry's leading injectors and laser experts, continually expanding her knowledge and refining her techniques.
Michelle serves as an official speaker and trainer for Aerolase® Laser Technology and is the first medical provider in Hagerstown to offer advanced laser treatments, including ablative procedures, for Skin of Color. Today, she combines more than 33 years of medical experience with advanced aesthetic expertise to provide personalized treatments that prioritize patient safety, education, natural-looking results, and compassionate care.

Outside the Office
Michelle has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1991. Together, they are proud parents of two amazing children, doting grandparents to two precious grandsons, and dog owners to two beloved family pups.
Outside the office, she enjoys reading, exercising, bay crabbing, ocean fishing, and boating on the water.
